UPMS Synergy Sdn Bhd has recently rolled out its UPMS Version 2.0, which offers even greater flexibility and performance to its Clients in managing completed strata properties in Malaysia.

According to Mr. C. W. Kwan, its Executive Director, the company has further improved the property management system since its launch in June 2007 based on requirements received from its Clients.

“This process of upgrading the system by adding on new features from time to time is inevitable in order to be at the forefront of the competition”, said Kwan, who is also the Executive Director of Aim-Force Sdn Bhd, a MSC-status company.

The company is glad that it has made enviable in-roads. Over its first 15 months, UPMS has been used to manage a total of 25 apartment and condominium developments, mainly in the Klang Valley.

The company is in the process of setting up the system to manage Dataran Pahlawan Megamall in Melaka.
